This large exterior makeover located in Coto De Caza, Ca. is one of our favorites. We were tasked with "modernizing" the foundational assets on the site that were to remain. We were given full artistic license to come up with what you see here. The client was open to what we presented with very little change to our original thoughts. The overall project was a huge success.
