Chavez - Contemporary Remodel - Orange, CA.

This project was another wonderful interior/exterior collaboration with Kelli Hall of Boulevard Homes. Kelli brought us in to work with the Chavez Family on reimagining their exterior areas. The scope of work included: removing the existing pool and spa, removing the various wood-rotted patio structures, and replacing the dated heaving flagstone decks. These areas were reworked with the designs shown here. This project is currently under construction by our colleague Frank, owner at Home Pro Remodeling. We can't wait to see the end result installation!
